Cancellation & Returns

Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time prior to despatch by calling us on 0800 6445064. Your payment will be refunded in full via your chosen payment method.

Returns: You may return your order at any time up to 14 days after delivery. This is double the statutory duration as outlined in the Distance Selling Regulations. Please Retain all original packaging until this time. It is your right to return goods up to this time but for faults or assembly problems please call us on 0800 6445064 to discuss as we will be able to rectify any problem. Goods must be returned in an unused and saleable condition. If goods have been assembled they must be dismantled and re-packed. Please call us on 0800 6445064 to advise us of your intention to return item(s). Return delivery and costs are your responsibility. 

Please deliver to Unit 7 Mitre Farm, Corse Lawn, Gloucestershire, GL19 4NG. We understand that returning large boxes is difficult so, for a fee, we can use our couriers to collect on a convenient weekday. The charge for this service is £20 per box (£30 per box if above 30kg). If the original packaging is no longer present we can collect and return for a charge of £60 per order (up to two chairs, England & Wales. Scotland is £95). Please call us on 0800 6445064 to discuss these options. We will refund within 2 working days of receipt minus any applicable collection charges. 

We do not accept requests for returns after 14 days after delivery so please ensure you are satisfied with it before this time. For any faults that may develop after this time please see our “Warranty” section.
